“Bluestorm worked with Mail News & Media, publishers of the Hull Daily Mail, to create Your Mail, a ground-breaking user generated content (UGC) website. The site was the first by a regional newspaper publisher devoted to content from members of the public. Because of this there was no template to follow in creating a complex site with multiple forms and levels of interaction.
