Tollbar Business, Enterprise & Humanities College is a High Performing Specialist College – a mixed 11-19 comprehensive of more than 2000 students. The College lies on the border of North East Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire, being situated one mile south of Grimsby.

Bluestorm was engaged to provide a comprehensive, integrated marketing service. The overriding objective was to centralise marketing activities in order to achieve a greater level of consistency and more effective budget and project management.
